Overview
SubmitMyStartup is a free public directory of places to share a startup or side project: launch platforms, startup directories, review sites, and communities. The list is public on GitHub and on submitmystartup.com.
Most "where to submit your startup" lists go stale. Sites shut down, change hands, or start charging, and free listings often come with a badge requirement or a months-long queue. This list is meant to be a source of truth.
How each place is tested
Every place is tried by actually submitting SubmitMyStartup to it, the way a founder would. I use AI agents to help with this, and what they find is checked against screenshots and the site itself before it goes on the list. Successes, paid-only sites, eligibility blocks and dead sites are all recorded.
What each listing tells you
- Free? Yes, No, or Yes* when the free path has a real catch.
- The catch, such as a required badge, a long free queue, or a paid skip.
- Fees, with prices and the site's own wording.
- Queue and review time, as seen after submitting.
- Eligibility, such as AI products only or verified revenue.
- Last checked date.
