What Pavleur does
Pavleur is an AI copilot for customer calls that runs locally on your Mac. Everything a meeting produces — the screen recording, a timestamped searchable transcript, screenshots of shared slides, and any decks, PDFs or links dropped in the chat — is captured and assembled into one page per customer, per call.
It works alongside Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and anything else on your screen, but it never joins the call as a participant. No entry in the attendee list, no extra guest, and the overlay you glance at is hidden from your screen-share — so your transcript and AI suggestions stay yours.
Why it's different
- No bot in the meeting. Pavleur runs on your machine, not as a guest.
- 40+ languages, live. Speaker-detected code-switching follows a call that moves from English to Spanish mid-sentence, at ~95% accuracy.
- Decisions and actions, extracted. A structured one-page recap you can paste into Slack, Notion or your CRM.
- Search every word. "What did we decide about the auth migration?" is a query, not an archaeology project.
Your data stays yours
Recordings never touch Pavleur's servers. They live on your Mac or in your own Google Drive, AES-256 encrypted with per-file keys, excluded from all model training, never sold, and exportable or deletable whenever you want.
We can't leak what we never store.
